I love it!
Go burly go! You can make it!
I love how he would always be up when I'm up because I don't sleep and that is usually rare, but he was, at the most part, always up too. So I would call him and if he answered he would keep me company for the night. I miss those things, but I still feel he is with me on my many sleepless nights, I love you.
I remember when we'd watch funny and classic movies in his basement drinking way too much wine, and have a drunken giggle about them afterwards. He used to take me to great restaurants, forcing me to try things I wouldn't have, only to thank him shortly after. I loved visiting him in his world at Brandeis, getting to know his amazing friends and surroundings. Waiting for the commuter rail in the freezing cold he would always give me his jacket–even though he was allergic to cold. Gd, there simply aren't enough words to do this man justice.
Igor you were always the one person in my life who endlessly fascinated me. I am certain I will never find the same unique spirit, humor and intelligence in any other person.. and for that I feel sad, but having had the opportunity to know you.. I feel grateful and truly blessed. Your soul lives on endlessly, but I'd like to think mostly in the orange flower that sits in my car.
His combination of wit and intellect is rare in a person, and I think he'll always be remembered for his astute and humorous observations. I didn't know him as well as others on this site, but what I do remember of him I recall with wonderful memory. Rest in peace, Igor. There will be light.
I didn't know Igor too well even though we went to the same hebrew, elementary, middle, and high school. I will always remember his intelligence and how kind he was to everyone. Igor touched so many lives and will be missed greatly.
May you rest in peace, Igor.
Speaking of Crosswalk man….

@_@ He's been walking!
That's incredible!
I remember the driving. I would call Igor to hang out and he would come over in his car with the dent on it and we'd cruise around town, especially through portchester, playing the loudest music, always with heavy bass, and just chill out. I still associate driving with him and i get choked up in the car a lot. I don't understand why this happened but I'll never stop loving my friend. He always had the most sense of all of us.
